Allan Haeweng is a cultural and visual arts professional in New Caledonia. His career is notably linked to exhibition design, cultural mediation, and artist support.

He served as director of the Voh Cultural Center, where he participated in organizing exhibitions, meetings, and conferences dedicated to contemporary art and Oceanic cultures. In 2018, he notably organized a meeting around the essay by Luc Camoui and Georges Wayewol on interculturality, colonization, and dialogue between cultures.

His work also involves supporting artists in their creative projects. In 2016, he participated in a residency for Maori artist George Nuku at the La Rochelle Museum.
