Article 2 – General provisions
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales of products made on this website by the company Artists NC.
These terms and conditions form an integral part of the contract between the client and Artists NCThe company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice by publishing a new version on the website. The applicable terms and conditions are those in effect on the date of payment for an order. The customer acknowledges having received the necessary information to ensure the suitability of the offer to their needs. The customer declares that they are legally capable of entering into a contract (under French law) or of validly representing the natural or legal person on whose behalf they are acting. Unless proven otherwise, the information recorded by Artists NC constitute proof of all transactions.
Article 3 - Price
All prices on this website are listed in XPF and are clearly stated on the product description pages. These prices already include the applicable and current tax (TGC).
Article 4 – Products – Duration of services
4.1 Subscriptions
The customer is therefore a user who subscribes to one or more subscription plans and who benefits, for the entire duration of their subscription, from access to our services within the limits of the chosen plan and according to the rate in effect on the day of the order. Once the order is placed, the customer will be automatically charged according to the method specified in the chosen plan.
4.2 Promotion Keys
Customers can also order promotional keys. They will then have access to the services offered by that key for its entire validity period. It's important to understand that any user who hasn't yet subscribed to a plan can become a customer by purchasing a promotional key.
4.3 Advertisements
All users can reserve advertising space for a specific period. This type of product is not directly related to content creation (profiles, events, announcements, articles).
A user who has not subscribed to any plan and has not ordered any promotional key can in turn become a customer of Artists NC by reserving their advertising space. They must then fill out a form to provide the visuals of their advertisement in digital format and in the format required by this site.
After submitting the form, you will be automatically redirected to a payment page. After payment verification and acceptance of the request, Artists NC will proceed with the publication of the advertisement.
If the user does not have a visual and does not have a service provider able to provide one, Artists NC offers this type of service.
No refunds or carryover to the following year are permitted.
Article 5 – Pricing and payment methods
The services provided are detailed in the description of the selected product; these services justify its price. Current prices can be viewed at any time on our website.
Artists NC reserves the right to modify the services provided by a product, as well as its price. The user will be notified of any changes by email in advance.
Several payment methods are offered to the customer:
– By check or cash (for one-time payments)
– By credit card with Stripe (for subscriptions to packages)
- By transfer (for one-time and recurring payments)
All online payments are protected using a secure procedure (SSL).
The site has an SSL certificate to guarantee that the information and data transfer passing through it are secure.

Article 8 – Applicable law and competent courts
This contract is subject to French law. In the event of a dispute relating to the application or interpretation of this contract, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution. In the event of failure to amicably resolve a dispute between the parties, only the courts of Nouméa have jurisdiction.
