JVDK is a kaneka-reggae group from Thio, New Caledonia, led by singer and songwriter Jean-Guy Pouporon, also known as Allan Lion. Active since the 1990s, the group develops music heavily influenced by roots reggae and kaneka.

Their repertoire addresses themes such as society, identity, freedom, and the environment. In 2016, Les Nouvelles Calédoniennes described the group as inspired by both Bob Marley and Eloi Machoro, citing "Hommage à Mandela" among their radio hits.

Albums associated with JVDK include Attention à la nature in 2001, KNK Man Mélodie in 2003 and Lion en Kanaky in 2009. These records include titles such as Kaneka notre musique, Rebel Music, Bob identité, Femmes kanak, Kaneka musique ancestrale and Halte à la guerre.

After several years' absence, JVDK returned in 2016 with "Chantons nos chants de liberté" (Let's Sing Our Songs of Freedom), accompanied by musicians from Numekadé and Kanak Man Melodie. The album includes nine tracks, including "Kanaky Love," "Kaneka Free," "Kaneka Music," and the title track. Jean-Guy Pouporon is credited as the author of "Chantons nos chants de liberté."
