Océa Naaoutchoué is a graphic designer and cultural professional from Ponérihouen, New Caledonia. His career combines graphic design, animation, training, and project management.

After several experiences in animation and IT training, he held responsibilities within CAP Emploi Province Nord, before continuing his career in Caledonian institutions.

In 2022, Océa Naaoutchoué took over as director of the Pomémie Provincial Cultural Centre in Koné. There, he participated in the programming and development of activities dedicated in particular to visual arts, exhibitions, shows, artistic practices and creation in New Caledonia.
